Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.

What this website collects
You can read every page without giving us any personal data. The pages have no forms and no sign-in, set no cookies of their own, and have no analytics or advertising trackers.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our server records each visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page you opened, the page that linked to it, and the type of browser and device you use. We use these records only to keep the site working and secure, for example to find errors and stop attacks. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe website (PDPA section 24(5)). We keep these records for 30 days, then delete them.
Google Maps
The Contact Us section shows our two locations on maps from Google. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address, details of your browser and the address of our page, and may set or read cookies. Google may process this data outside Thailand, under its own privacy policy.
The maps load as you scroll towards Contact Us. You can block or delete Google’s cookies in your browser’s settings; the addresses and phone numbers next to the maps work without them.
Links to LINE, Facebook and Google Maps
These links open the other service. We learn nothing when you click them. On LINE, Facebook and Google Maps, their own privacy policies apply.
When you contact us
When you email us, call us, or message us on LINE or Facebook, we receive what you send: usually your name, your company, your contact details and your message. We use it to answer you and to deal with your inquiry, for example about an order. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract (PDPA section 24(3)), and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (section 24(5)).
We do not pass it on to anyone else, unless the law requires us to, and we delete emails and messages after 30 days.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
- delete it, or make it anonymous
- stop using it for a while
- stop using it for a purpose you object to
- send it to you or to another organisation in a common format
- withdraw any consent you have given us

Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
